TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Services

7D Logistic provides local delivery, logistics, and related transportation services as requested by the client. Services are limited to transportation only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Rates & Charges

All rates are based on the current Rate Sheet or written agreement.

Minimum charges apply. Additional fees may apply for extra stops, waiting time, rush services, or special handling.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is Due Upon Receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing (Net 7 / Net 15).

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of up to 5% per month.

4. Taxes

Delivery and logistics services in Florida are generally non-taxable. Any applicable taxes required by law will be billed separately if applicable.

5. Waiting Time

Reasonable loading/unloading time is included.

Waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

6. Liability

7D Logistic is not responsible for improper packaging, inaccurate delivery instructions, or delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or third parties.

Any liability, if applicable, is strictly limited to the cost of the delivery service provided, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Food, Beverage & Perishable Goods – Strict Disclaimer

When transporting food, beverages, bottled water, supplements, or any products that contain expiration dates, lot numbers, or regulatory labeling requirements, the client acknowledges and agrees that all responsibility remains solely with the client.

7D Logistic does not inspect, verify, monitor, or guarantee:

  • Expiration dates
  • Product freshness or quality
  • Storage conditions prior to pickup
  • Regulatory compliance (local, state, or federal)
  • Acceptance by receivers, inspectors, or authorities

All goods are transported as tendered by the client.

7D Logistic shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, spoilage, rejection, seizure, fines, penalties, or business interruption resulting from:

  • Expired or near-expiration products
  • Improper labeling or documentation
  • Regulatory or health authority actions
  • Delays outside the carrier’s control
  • Pre-existing conditions of the goods

Any claim related to food or perishable items is expressly waived by the client, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By requesting transportation services, the client confirms that all products are compliant, properly packaged, and legally approved for transport and distribution.

8. Claims

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

9. Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once a driver is dispatched, the minimum charge applies.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate pickup and delivery information and ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for transport.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Acceptance

By requesting services from 7D Logistic, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
